Platform Terms

Effective 13 September 2026. These are the operational terms for using LuXeel Discovery ("LuXeel", "the platform", "we", "us"). LuXeel Discovery is operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL ENTITY NAME], ABN [ABN NUMBER], and these terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/TERRITORY], Australia. By creating an account, publishing a profile, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to access an adults-only directory in the place you are located. Providers must be legally able to offer the services they describe in the jurisdiction where they operate. We may ask for information to confirm eligibility and may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been misrepresented.

2. What LuXeel is, and is not. LuXeel is a discovery directory: a place for independent providers to publish self-managed profiles and for visitors to browse them. LuXeel is not an agency, does not employ or represent providers, does not arrange, broker or guarantee any meeting, and does not process payment for any offline service a provider offers. Nothing on the platform should be read as LuXeel offering, endorsing or facilitating a specific service between two people.

3. Accounts and roles. The platform has three account types: member (browses, may message and tip through the linked Deeper Community described in section 8), provider (manages one directory profile) and administrator (moderates the platform). You are responsible for the security of your own credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Provider content and warranties. If you publish a profile, you promise that: you own or are authorised to use every photo, description and claim you submit; the information is accurate and kept up to date; you are the person the profile describes, or you are an authorised administrator of an imported draft awaiting a real owner; and nothing you submit infringes another person's rights or privacy. Publication is never automatic — every profile and photo is checked by a human moderator before it becomes publicly visible, and moderators may request changes, reject content, or pause a previously published profile at any time.

5. Acceptable use. You must not scrape or bulk-download the directory; impersonate another person or entity; create multiple accounts to evade a suspension; harass, threaten or dox another user; submit fabricated reviews; or use the platform to facilitate anything unlawful, including exploitation, coercion, trafficking, or the involvement of a minor in any capacity. 6. Moderation and enforcement. We may reject, pause, edit metadata on, or remove content, and may suspend or terminate an account, where we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these terms, protect a person, comply with law, or investigate a report. Where practical we tell you why; we are not obliged to reinstate content or an account we have removed for a policy or legal reason. Material moderation decisions are recorded in an internal audit trail.

7. Availability, rates and provider-supplied claims. Everything a provider publishes about themselves — availability, rates, location, services offered, external links — is supplied by that provider and is not verified as fact by LuXeel beyond the moderation check described in section 4. Use your own judgement, and see our safety guidance before arranging to meet anyone.

8. The Deeper Community and payments. An approved provider's account is automatically linked to a companion account on Sngine, our separately operated community and payments platform, so their profile has somewhere to be discovered further and so tipping can work. A member's Sngine account is created the first time they use a Deeper Community feature. Tipping a provider moves real money from a member's Sngine wallet to the provider's Sngine wallet; topping up that wallet is handled entirely by Sngine and its payment processor, not by LuXeel directly. 9. Intellectual property. LuXeel's own branding, design, code and compiled directory data are our property or that of our licensors. Publishing a profile grants LuXeel a licence to host, display, resize and distribute that content on the platform for as long as the profile remains published, solely to operate the directory — we do not claim ownership of it, and the licence ends when the content is removed.

10. Disclaimers. The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any profile is accurate, that any person will behave as described, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that moderation will catch every policy breach before it is reported. To the maximum extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties not expressly stated here.

11. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent the law allows, LuXeel and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform, your interactions with another user, or your reliance on provider-supplied information, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example, guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law).

12. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify LuXeel against claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms, your published content, or your conduct toward another user, to the extent the law allows such an indemnity.

13. Changes and termination. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the update. You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, on request, or where required by law.

14. General. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and LuXeel about your use of the platform. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page.
