Creator Content Terms
Plain-language expectations for an independent, provider-controlled directory.
Creator memberships and one-time post unlocks give a member access to the digital content described at checkout on a provider's profile — photos, written updates, or other creator content the provider chooses to publish. They are a payment for digital content only. They do not purchase, reserve, guarantee or facilitate any offline meeting, service or booking with the provider, and should never be described or understood as doing so.
Access is personal to the member's account and may not be shared, resold or redistributed. A provider sets their own membership price and post prices within the limits LuXeel's billing settings allow, and can change or retire an offer at any time — access already granted under a previous price is not retroactively changed.
Recurring membership billing, cancellation timing, refund eligibility, chargeback handling, creator payout schedules, applicable taxes, and processor-specific disclosures will be finalised once a live payment processor approved for adult-content commerce is connected to LuXeel's own native billing system. Until then, LuXeel's native subscription and paid-post checkout runs in sandbox mode only — it creates test access records and moves no real money.
This is separate from tipping through the Deeper Community wallet, described in our Platform Terms, which is a real, live payment rail operated by Sngine and its payment processor, not by LuXeel's native billing system. If you have an account-specific question about access, a charge, or a creator-content billing issue, contact LuXeel support through the Contact page.
