LuXeel is an independent directory of provider-controlled profiles. Visitors browse published listings by place and category; LuXeel does not arrange bookings or operate as an agency.

Only adults aged 18 or older who can lawfully publish a listing where they operate. Every account controls one profile, and publication requires human review.

It's Sngine, a separately operated community platform. Approved providers and members who use certain features get a linked Sngine account created automatically, and a "Go to Deeper Community" button signs you straight into it — no separate registration or password to remember.

Tipping moves real money from your Sngine wallet to the provider's Sngine wallet. If your wallet balance is enough, the tip is instant. If not, you're taken to a one-time top-up step through Sngine's payment processor, and the tip completes automatically once that's funded.

The platforms are independent. An approved provider can opt into signed outbound LuXeel profile updates to a confirmed Sngine account. Ordinary Sngine users never become LuXeel listings, and LuXeel does not import their feed or messages.

An administrator checks submitted profile text and media before publication. Review helps enforce platform standards; it is not identity verification, a personal endorsement or a guarantee.

Use Provider Studio to save changes, manage photos and availability, or submit a paused profile for review when you are ready to return. Published profile edits update the directory and remain subject to moderation.

A reviewer confirms their email address before a review is even considered, then a moderator checks it before it appears publicly. "Verified" here means the reviewer's email was confirmed — it is not a verified-booking claim, since LuXeel has no way to confirm what happened in person.

No. The badge means the image passed LuXeel publication review. It does not claim government-ID verification or guarantee that every external claim is true.
