LuXeel curates a fixed list of active cities and categories rather than auto-generating a page for every possible search term. A city or category only appears once an administrator has activated it.

LuXeel is an independent directory of provider-controlled profiles. Visitors browse published listings by place and category; LuXeel does not arrange bookings or operate as an agency.

Only adults aged 18 or older who can lawfully publish a listing where they operate. Every account controls one profile, and publication requires human review.

It is the members’ side of LuXeel: messages, memberships, tips and exclusive posts from creators. Your account there is created for you automatically, and the “Go to Deeper Community” button signs you straight in — no second sign-up or password.

Tips go from your Deeper Community wallet to the creator’s. If your balance covers it, the tip is instant; if not, you top up once and the tip completes as soon as that is done.

No. Wallet top-ups are handled by our payment provider on the Deeper Community — LuXeel never receives or stores your card number.

No. Public discovery is organised at city level. Providers should not place home addresses, identity documents or another person's private information in a listing.

They are two parts of one service with one login. LuXeel is where you find companions, venues and events; the Deeper Community is where you message, subscribe, tip and see exclusive posts. Your name, username and confirmed email are the same on both, and LuXeel never reads your private messages.

An administrator checks submitted profile text and media before publication. Review helps enforce platform standards; it is not identity verification, a personal endorsement or a guarantee.

Use Provider Studio to save changes, manage photos and availability, or submit a paused profile for review when you are ready to return. Published profile edits update the directory and remain subject to moderation.

A reviewer confirms their email address before a review is even considered, then a moderator checks it before it appears publicly. "Verified" here means the reviewer's email was confirmed — it is not a verified-booking claim, since LuXeel has no way to confirm what happened in person.

No. The badge means the image passed LuXeel publication review. It does not claim government-ID verification or guarantee that every external claim is true.
