Community Standards
Plain-language expectations for an independent, provider-controlled directory.
LuXeel is a directory built around adult autonomy, consent and truthful representation. These standards apply to every profile, image, review, report and message sent through the platform, and they sit alongside — not instead of — our Platform Terms and Prohibited Content & Activity policy.
1. Be accurate. Use your own identity, or an authorised professional identity, your own words, and media you own or are authorised to publish. Do not misrepresent your location, age, availability, rates, verification status, or another person's endorsement of you. A profile that turns out to be materially false is treated as a serious breach, not a misunderstanding.
2. Be respectful. No harassment, threats, hate, humiliation, doxxing, stalking or pressure — toward another user, toward a provider, or toward LuXeel staff. Consent is voluntary, specific and reversible at every stage; publishing a profile or having a conversation never creates an obligation to meet, and agreeing to meet never creates an obligation to do anything further.
3. Protect privacy. Do not publish legal names, home addresses, identity documents, screenshots of private correspondence, or identifying details about another person without their clear permission. A review should describe a genuine experience without exposing information the subject of the review did not agree to share.
4. Keep it lawful. Content or conduct involving a minor, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual imagery, an unlawful service, or instructions to evade law enforcement or platform safeguards is never acceptable — see the Prohibited Content & Activity policy for the full list, which is enforced without exception.
5. Engage honestly with reviews and reports. Do not submit a fabricated review, pay or pressure anyone for a positive one, or submit a knowingly false or retaliatory safety report. Both distort the trust the rest of the directory relies on.
6. Enforcement is graduated and human. Depending on severity, a breach may result in a request to fix content, temporary removal from public view, a formal warning, a suspension, or permanent removal — decided by a human moderator, not an automated score, and recorded in our internal audit trail. Report volume alone never determines an outcome; each report is assessed on its content.
7. Appeals. If you believe a moderation decision about your own account was made in error, you can raise it through the Contact page — include your account email and the profile or content affected so we can locate the original decision.
