Report a Concern
Practical steps for clearer decisions, stronger boundaries and faster reporting.
Use Report a Concern when a profile, image, message, review or Deeper Community interaction may involve impersonation, a suspected minor, fraud, unsafe or non-consensual content, a privacy breach, or any other breach of LuXeel's Community Standards or Prohibited Content & Activity policy.
1. What to include. Choose the closest reason on the form and describe observable facts: which profile or account, what you saw or received, roughly when it happened, and why it concerns you. Concrete detail ("the profile's external link redirected to a payment page asking for gift cards") is far more actionable than a general impression.
2. What not to include. You do not need to send identity documents or intimate material to file a report, and you should not — describing what you saw is enough for a moderator to locate and review the content directly. An email address is optional on a safety report; leaving one only helps if we need to ask a clarifying question.
3. What happens after you report. Reports go into a restricted administrator queue, reviewed by a person, not resolved automatically. A moderator can view the relevant profile or account, pause its public visibility while reviewing, suspend the account if warranted, and the action taken is recorded in our internal audit trail. Submitting a report starts that review — it does not by itself remove content or establish that a rule was broken.
4. This is not an emergency line. The reporting queue is checked by staff during normal operation, not monitored in real time. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (000 in Australia) first, then report to LuXeel afterward if it's also relevant to the platform.
5. Image-based abuse. If the concern involves intimate images shared or threatened to be shared without consent, and it affects someone in Australia, eSafety.gov.au provides a dedicated national reporting pathway alongside reporting the profile here.
6. Report responsibly. Reports made in good faith are always welcome, including ones that turn out to be mistaken. A knowingly false, retaliatory, or harassing report is itself a breach of our Community Standards.
