Prohibited Content & Activity

This policy sets out what is never permitted on LuXeel Discovery, in any form — profile text, images, external links, messages, reviews, or payments made through the Deeper Community wallet. It applies to every account type and is enforced without exception, regardless of how a listing or message is otherwise worded.

1. Absolute prohibitions. Content or activity involving anyone under 18 or a suspected minor; coercion, trafficking, exploitation, slavery or debt bondage; or a person who cannot freely consent. Any account or profile connected to this is removed immediately and referred to the appropriate authority.

2. Non-consensual and deceptive imagery. Non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera material, threats to publish private material ("sextortion"), impersonation of a real person without consent, and stolen or lifted images from another profile or platform are all prohibited.

3. Unlawful services and content. Listings may not offer or reference an unlawful service, violence, weapons, controlled substances, or instructions intended to help someone commit a crime or evade law enforcement or this platform's safety systems.

4. Deceptive practices. False verification or "identity confirmed" claims, fabricated or incentivised reviews, bait-and-switch profile details, materially misleading prices, phishing links, advance-fee requests, and directing visitors to a malicious or unrelated destination are all prohibited, whether attempted through a profile, a message, or a review.

5. Payment and wallet abuse. Because the Deeper Community wallet moves real money, the following are treated as serious breaches: asking a member to pay or tip outside the official Sngine wallet flow, impersonating LuXeel or Sngine staff to request a payment, attempting to reverse or dispute a legitimate tip in bad faith, and any attempt to exploit or manipulate the wallet top-up or tipping mechanism itself.

6. Platform-integrity abuse. Scraping or bulk-downloading directory data, operating bot or fake accounts, creating duplicate accounts to evade a suspension, and attempting to bypass age verification or content moderation are all prohibited.

7. What happens when this policy is breached. We may remove the content, pause or suspend the account, retain relevant records as evidence, and — where the law requires or a genuine safety risk exists — refer the matter to the police or another appropriate authority. If you encounter content that appears to breach this policy, do not engage with it, do not redistribute it, and do not attempt to investigate it yourself: use Report a Concern with enough factual detail (which profile, what you saw, when) for a moderator to act.
